Cappuccino Hour is an independent monthly gathering designed for professionals, students, and enthusiasts within the Facility Management (FM) community. Created and hosted by Marcia O'Connor, Cappuccino Hour fosters open dialogue, continuous learning, and meaningful connections among FM practitioners and those interested in the field.

Our community is open to everyone—no matter your experience level, background, or job title. If you're interested in facility management and eager to connect, Cappuccino Hour welcomes you.

On the last Wednesday of every month from 6:00–7:00 PM (and sometimes a little longer), we meet virtually to explore hot topics in Facility Management.

Each session is:

• Centered around a timely or relevant theme

• Led and hosted by Marcia with thoughtful prompts and real-world insights

• A casual, welcoming conversation — whether you speak up or just listen

From sustainability and compliance to culture and career shifts, we bring people together to talk about what really matters in our industry today.

Cappuccino Hour began from Marcia's core belief that growth and innovation in Facility Management come from community and education. She envisioned a regular, accessible platform where professionals could easily connect, openly discuss industry challenges, and empower each other through shared knowledge.
