If a device malfunctions or a complex setting is required during a mass casualty event, the paramedic can don AR glasses or use a smartphone to connect with a master technician.

The technician "sees" what the paramedic sees and can overlay digital instructions, arrows, and checklists directly onto the device interface. This service ensures that even the most complex technology remains accessible under the stress of a real-world emergency, effectively bringing the manufacturer’s expertise to the roadside.
