Cappuccino Hour is an independent monthly gathering designed for professionals, students, and enthusiasts within the Facility Management (FM) community. Created and hosted by Marcia O'Connor, Cappuccino Hour fosters open dialogue, continuous learning, and meaningful connections among FM practitioners and those interested in the field.
