The Canadian Women in Facilities (CWF) community hosts virtual meetups every 3rd Wednesday of the month, bringing together women in Facilities from across Canada.

These free sessions create a welcoming space to connect, collaborate, and grow - whether you're beginning your career or leading in the field. Each month, we explore meaningful topics, share insights, and support one another through open dialogue and community building.

By celebrating leadership and fostering conversations that matter, CWF continues to elevate women across every corner of the facilities industry.

Note: We take a short break in December for the holidays, and resume our monthly sessions in January. We can’t wait to see you then!

Who are we?

CWF (Canadian Women in Facilities) is a growing community created to connect, support, and celebrate women working across the facility management, real estate, and built environment industries in Canada.

We are a platform where women in facilities — from emerging leaders to industry veterans — come together to share stories, exchange ideas, and champion one another in a space that feels real, supportive, and empowering.
