Facility Management Leadership Program
The FM Leadership Program is designed for facilities management professionals who want to take their FM leadership skills and expertise to the next level. Learning modules focus on leadership, setting strategic direction, management of the physical plant, and bringing together people, place, process and technology.
Developed and delivered by leading experts in the field, the program also covers the core facility management competencies and provides a great environment to network with other FM professionals.
The FM Leadership Program Offers:
