If your organization wants to develop more sustainable procurement practices to improve its sustainability performance, this two-day course is for you. It offers a broad range of procurement tools and ideas in green, ethical and sustainable procurement that are applicable to the public and private sectors. Learn how to justify, plan and implement a sustainable procurement program, how to structure your own organization and purchasing documents to maximize your chances of success, what challenges to expect, and recommendations on how best to deal with them. Learn ideas for working with your suppliers to move your supply chain to a more green and ethical basis, as well as evaluate and mitigate sustainability risk in your supply chain.
