Facility Management
Leadership Program
The FM Leadership Program is designed for facilities management professionals who want to take their FM leadership skills and expertise to the next level. Learning modules focus on leadership, setting strategic direction, management of the physical plant, and bringing together people, place, process and technology.
Accessibility Property Assessment Program
This program includes checklists based on approved accessibility legislation and best practices. These assessments take into account various disability types and removes flags the barriers that exist. Participants are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to perform the highest quality facility audits based on best practices in creating accessible built environments.
The course provides an introduction to Facility Management (FM) and the expected knowledge, skills and behavior required to perform as a Facilities Manager. The course introduces the 11 core competencies as outlined by International Facility Management Association (IFMA).

AM FM has partnered with UofT for over 15 years and pioneered the first Facilities Management Certificate Program in Canada. We continue to bring our knowledge and skills to grow FM as an industry.
This course focuses on the full spectrum of roles and responsibilities of a facilities manager. Acquire fundamental tools of strategic planning, finance and project management, operations and maintenance, and accommodation planning. You will be able to maximize the use of data and information management.
